What My Woo Stores actually does
My Woo Stores is a mobile app for WooCommerce store owners. It connects to your stores through the WooCommerce REST API and gives you the parts of wp-admin you reach for daily — the dashboard, orders and products — in a form you can finish in under a minute on a phone. Everything below is shipped and working, not planned.
Multi-Store Dashboard
Connect every WooCommerce store you run and watch all of them from one screen. Each store gets a colour-coded identifier, switching is instant, and there is no store limit on any plan — including Free.

Order Management
Search, filter and update orders from your phone. Swipe to complete, open the full line-item detail, check the billing and shipping address, and push a status change straight back to WooCommerce.

Product Management
Create, edit and duplicate products with pricing, inventory, SKUs, categories, attributes, variations and a multi-image gallery from your camera roll — all on the Free plan.

Secure Connection
One-click OAuth or manual API keys. Your credentials live in your device's keychain, the app talks to your store directly over HTTPS, and your WordPress admin password is never asked for.

AI Rewrite & Voice Input
Rewrite a product description in one tap, or describe a product out loud and let AI fill in the name, price, category, attributes and description. Both are Pro + AI features, in all six languages.

Offline & Native Speed
Built natively rather than wrapped in a browser, and the data you last loaded is kept on the device — so the app opens to your numbers on a train, in a basement, or on hotel wifi that has given up.

How do these features fit together?
They are one workflow rather than seven separate tools, and it is worth seeing the shape of it before you read any single page.
A push notification tells you an order arrived. You open the app to the dashboard for whichever store it came from, see today’s revenue against yesterday’s, and notice three orders sitting in processing. You open orders, swipe two of them to completed, and open the third because the customer left a note. Its line items show a product selling faster than you expected, so you tap through to that product and raise the stock count. The whole sequence is under a minute, on a phone, without a single login.
That is the design goal, and it is why the features share one connection, one store switcher and one cache rather than behaving like separate screens that happen to live in the same app.
Where should you start?
If you run more than one store, start with the multi-store dashboard — the store limit, the switcher and the per-store separation are the things that decide whether this fits how you work.
If you are cautious about the API keys — and you should be — start with secure connection. It covers what is stored where, what leaves your device, and how to revoke access without contacting anyone, including the parts that are less flattering than the one-line version.
If you manage stores for clients, read for agencies — particularly the section listing what does not exist yet, which is the fastest way to find out whether this is the wrong tool for you.
And if you are weighing this against the official WooCommerce app, the comparison answers it directly, including the cases where the official app is the better choice.
Which features do you have to pay for?
Almost none of them. The Free plan includes every feature on this page except AI Rewrite and Voice Input — unlimited stores, the full dashboard, order management, product management and push notifications — supported by banner and app-open ads. Pro removes the ads. Pro + AI adds the two AI features on top of Pro. See the plan comparison.
What does your store need for any of this to work?
A WooCommerce store reachable over HTTPS with the REST API enabled, and permalinks set to anything other than “Plain” — the REST API routes do not resolve on plain permalinks. That is a WooCommerce requirement rather than an app one, and it is already true of most live stores.
On your side: iOS 15 or later, or Android 10 or later. Nothing is installed on your store — no plugin, no WordPress.com account, no Jetpack. If a security plugin blocks the one-click OAuth handshake, which is common and not a fault, you paste an API key generated in wp-admin instead.
What does it not do?
My Woo Stores is not a replacement for the WooCommerce admin. It does not install or configure plugins, edit themes, manage coupons or tax settings, or handle WordPress content. It covers the daily operational surface — watch the numbers, move orders, fix products — and leaves configuration work to wp-admin, where it belongs. It is also not affiliated with WooCommerce, Automattic or WordPress.
