What My Woo Stores costs

The short version: the Free plan is the whole app, with ads. There are two paid tiers above it — Pro removes the advertisements, and Pro + AI adds AI-assisted product writing on top of Pro. There is no account to create, no card required to start, and no per-store pricing at any level.

Questions about pricing

Why isn't the subscription price on this page?
Because it would be wrong for some of you. Subscription prices are set in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, they differ by country, and they change. The app reads the live price from the store and shows it on the plan screen, which is also where you buy — so the number you see is always the number you pay. Publishing a figure here would create a fourth copy that drifts, and “$4.99” on a website is exactly the kind of detail people quote back at you two years later.
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire, it is not limited to one store, and it is not a reduced version of the app. Unlimited connected stores, the full dashboard, order management, product management and push notifications are all included permanently. It is supported by banner and app-open advertisements — that is the entire difference between Free and Pro.
What exactly do the ads look like on the Free plan?
A banner, and an ad when the app opens. They are served by Google AdMob. They do not appear inside your order or product data, and they do not gate any feature. If they bother you, that is what Pro is for — and it is a fair reason to upgrade, stated plainly rather than dressed up.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no My Woo Stores account, no email signup, no password. You connect a store with a WooCommerce API key and the app works. Your subscription, if you buy one, is attached to your Apple or Google account rather than to anything we hold.
How do I cancel?
Through the App Store or Google Play, the same way you cancel any subscription — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android. There is nothing to cancel with us, and nobody to ask. The app has a “Manage subscription” button that takes you straight there.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple and Google, because they took the payment. We cannot issue one on their behalf — not as a policy choice, but because we never had the money. Request it through the store you bought from. If something in the app is broken, tell us anyway; we can usually fix the reason you wanted the refund.
Does the price go up per store?
No. There is no per-store pricing on any plan. Connect one store or twelve, the price is the same — which is the point, since charging per store would penalise the exact people a multi-store app is built for.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You drop back to the Free plan and keep using the app with ads. Your stores stay connected and nothing is deleted — your data lives in your WooCommerce store, not here, so there is nothing for us to hold hostage.

Which plan should you actually pick?

Start on Free. It is not a crippled tier and there is nothing to decide yet — connect your stores, use it for a week, and find out whether it fits how you work.

Move to Pro when the ads start to annoy you. That is the honest trigger; there is no feature waiting behind it.

Move to Pro + AI if you add or edit products often enough that writing descriptions is a real cost of your week. If you add two products a month, it will not pay for itself, and it is better for both of us if you know that before subscribing. What the AI features actually do.
