Manage Multiple WooCommerce Stores from One Dashboard

If you run more than one WooCommerce store, checking on them means logging into a separate wp-admin for each one. The multi-store dashboard in My Woo Stores replaces that with a single screen: connect every store you run, switch between them in one tap, and see revenue, orders and analytics for whichever one you are looking at — on iOS and Android, with no store limit on any plan.

How many WooCommerce stores can you connect?

As many as you run. There is no store limit and no per-store pricing on any plan, including Free. This is deliberate: charging per store would penalise exactly the people this feature exists for — the freelancer with four client shops, the owner running a wholesale and a retail storefront off separate installs, the agency watching a dozen.

Each connected store gets its own colour-coded identifier, so a glance at the screen tells you which business you are looking at before you read a single number. Switching stores is instant and does not reload the app or re-authenticate.

What does the dashboard actually show?

The numbers store owners check first, for the store and period you have selected:

  • Total revenue, with gross and net split out
  • Order count, items sold, customers, and average order value
  • Shipping, discounts, tax and refunds as their own lines
  • Order status breakdown — processing, completed, pending, on-hold, cancelled, refunded, failed
  • Top products for the selected period
  • Order sources — direct, organic search, social, referral, campaign, or manual
  • A recent-orders feed you can open straight into

Every figure is a tap away from the underlying data. Revenue opens the orders behind it; a status in the breakdown filters the order list to that status; a product in the top-products list opens the product itself. Looking and acting are the same screen, which is the point — on a phone, a dashboard you cannot act on is a screenshot.

You can also choose which sections appear. If order sources are not useful to you, turn the section off and the dashboard gets shorter.

Can you compare periods?

Yes, and it is the default rather than an extra step. Pick today, this week, this month, this year — or a custom date range — and every headline figure carries its change against the equivalent previous period: today against yesterday, this month against last month, this year against last year.

A revenue number on its own tells you very little. “$1,840, up 22% on last week” tells you whether to do anything about it, which is the only reason to check a dashboard on a phone in the first place.

How do you connect a store?

Two ways. One-click OAuth opens your store’s authorisation page, you approve access, and the app receives a consumer key and secret — under thirty seconds, and you never handle the keys yourself. Alternatively, paste a consumer key and consumer secret you generated yourself under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, which is the route to take if a security plugin blocks the OAuth handshake.

Either way the credentials are stored in your device’s secure keychain — the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore — and the app talks to each store directly over HTTPS. Your WordPress admin password is never requested and never stored, and you can revoke a key from WordPress at any time without opening the app. More on how credentials are handled.

Does it work for agencies and freelancers managing client stores?

It is the case the feature is built around. Connecting a client store needs nothing from you but a REST API key that the client can revoke themselves, and because credentials stay on your device rather than on a server, you are not asking a client to trust a third party with their store — you are asking them to trust the same API key mechanism they already use for every other integration.

Be aware of what does not exist yet: there are no team accounts, no per-seat billing and no shared workspaces. Each device holds its own set of connections. For a solo freelancer or a small studio where one person does the checking, that is fine. For a team that needs shared access with separate logins, it is not there. More detail for agencies.

What does it cost?

Unlimited stores are included on the Free plan, along with the full dashboard, order management, product management and push notifications. Free is supported by banner and app-open advertisements.

Pro removes every advertisement. Pro + AI adds AI Rewrite for product descriptions and Voice Input for hands-free product creation on top of Pro, plus priority support. Subscription prices are set in the App Store and Google Play and shown on the plan screen in the app — this site does not quote them, because a number written here would drift from the real one and prices vary by region. See the plan comparison.

Does the dashboard work offline?

Recent data is cached on the device, so opening the app without a connection shows you the last figures it fetched rather than an error screen. That covers the common case of checking numbers on a train or in a basement.

Anything that changes your store — updating an order status, editing a product — needs a connection, because it is a live call to the WooCommerce REST API. The app will not queue writes and replay them later; a write either reaches your store or it tells you it did not.

Is this the official WooCommerce app?

No. My Woo Stores is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WooCommerce, Automattic or WordPress. It connects through the public WooCommerce REST API, the same interface any other integration uses.

The official WooCommerce app is a capable piece of software and worth trying. The honest difference is that it is built around one store at a time, and this is built around several. A direct comparison.

Try it on your own store
