Get in touch
Support is email, and the email goes to the developer who wrote the app. That is the good news and the limitation at the same time: replies are not instant, but they are not a script either, and the person reading your bug report is the person who can fix it.
Written in English or Serbian either way. Expect a first reply within a couple of working days — a single developer answers every message, so a queue does form, and weekends are slower than weekdays. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line.
What should you write about?
- Something is broken
- Bug reports get read first. Use the checklist below and you will usually get a same-thread answer rather than a round of questions.
- Billing and subscriptions
- Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple and Google. Refunds, cancellations and payment problems have to go through the App Store or Google Play — nobody here can issue a refund on their behalf. Anything about which plan you are on, or a purchase that did not unlock, is worth writing about.
- A store will not connect
- Send the WooCommerce version and how you tried to connect (one-click OAuth or manual API keys). Most connection failures come from the store side — a security plugin blocking the REST API, or keys created with read-only permissions.
- Feature requests
- Genuinely welcome, and the shortlist is short enough that a good request can change it. Say what you are trying to get done, not just the feature you have in mind — the underlying problem is often solvable a better way.
- Privacy and your data
- Access, correction, deletion and export requests are all handled by email. The privacy policy lists exactly what is held and for how long.
What should you include in a bug report?
Everything below fits in about six lines and removes an entire round trip of clarifying questions.
Your device and OS version
“iPhone 14, iOS 18.2” or “Pixel 7, Android 15”. Several bugs only exist on one platform.
The app version
Settings → About, at the bottom. It tells us whether you are already on a build that fixed it.
What you did, step by step
“Opened Orders, filtered to Processing, swiped an order to complete.” Three plain sentences beat a paragraph of description.
What happened, and what you expected
Include the exact error text if there was one. A screenshot is worth more than a description of the screenshot.
Which store, roughly
WooCommerce version and any plugin that touches orders or products. Never send API keys — support will never ask for them.
Never send your API keys. Support will never ask for your WooCommerce consumer key, consumer secret, or WordPress password — not to diagnose a connection problem, not for anything. If a message claiming to be from My Woo Stores asks for them, it is not from us. Your keys stay in your device’s keychain, which is exactly where they belong.
Who is on the other end?
My Woo Stores is built and supported by one independent developer. There is no support team and no ticketing system standing between you and the code. More about who builds this.
Where do you go for the answer first?
The frequently asked questions cover connecting a store, what the plans include, how the AI features work, and what happens offline. The privacy policy names every third-party service and what each one receives, and the terms of service cover subscriptions and the AI-content disclaimer.
