Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the My Woo Stores mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and My Woo Stores ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
My Woo Stores is a mobile application that allows WooCommerce store owners to connect to, monitor, and manage their WooCommerce stores. The Service provides features including but not limited to: viewing orders, managing products, tracking sales analytics, receiving push notifications for store events, and AI-assisted product creation (Pro plan only).
The Service acts as a client interface to your WooCommerce stores via the WooCommerce REST API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WooCommerce, Automattic, or WordPress.
3. Account & Store Connection
To use the Service, you must connect one or more WooCommerce stores by providing either:
- Authorization through the WooCommerce OAuth authentication flow, or
- Manual entry of WooCommerce REST API consumer keys (consumer key and consumer secret).
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and authorization to connect any store to the Service. You must be the store owner or have explicit permission from the store owner to connect a store.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree that:
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- You are solely responsible for the security of your device, network, and any credentials stored therein
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
- You will not use the Service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful technology
- You will not use the Service to access stores or data for which you do not have authorization
- You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date security measures on your WooCommerce stores, including keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, and all plugins updated
- You will regularly rotate your WooCommerce API keys and revoke access for any keys that may have been compromised
- You will use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available
5. Credential Storage & Security
Your WooCommerce API credentials (consumer key and consumer secret) are stored locally on your device using the platform's secure storage mechanisms (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Certain data may also be transmitted to and stored on our servers in encrypted form for the purpose of enabling push notifications and other server-side features.
While we implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, TLS protocols, and secure server infrastructure, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of your data.
You acknowledge and agree that you store and transmit credentials through the Service at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA RETRIEVED FROM YOUR WOOCOMMERCE STORES THROUGH THE SERVICE
- WARRANTIES THAT YOUR DATA, CREDENTIALS, OR API KEYS WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, INTERCEPTION, OR THEFT
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MY WOO STORES, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Unauthorized access to, theft of, or alteration of your WooCommerce store credentials, API keys, or any associated data
- Security breaches, hacking incidents, data breaches, or cyberattacks affecting the Service, your device, your stores, or any related systems
- Unauthorized orders, transactions, refunds, or modifications made to your WooCommerce stores, whether through compromised credentials or otherwise
- Financial losses resulting from unauthorized access to your stores via stolen or compromised API keys
- Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions of your WooCommerce stores or the Service
- Actions taken by third parties using credentials obtained through or in connection with the Service
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data displayed by the Service
- Damages resulting from your reliance on any information provided by the Service
- Loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages
IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
8. Security Risks Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following inherent risks:
- Credential exposure: WooCommerce API keys grant access to your store data. If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, your stored credentials may be accessible to unauthorized parties.
- Network vulnerabilities: Data transmitted between your device, the Service, and your WooCommerce stores may be intercepted despite encryption measures, particularly on unsecured or public networks.
- Third-party dependencies: The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including WooCommerce, WordPress, hosting providers, push notification services, and cloud platforms. Failures, vulnerabilities, or breaches in any of these services are beyond our control.
- Device security: The security of locally stored credentials depends on your device's security measures (passcode, biometrics, encryption). Jailbroken or rooted devices significantly reduce credential security.
- Software vulnerabilities: Like all software, the Service may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious actors.
- Push notification risks: Push notifications may reveal sensitive business information (order details, customer names, financial data) on your device's lock screen, which may be visible to others.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Woo Stores and its owners, developers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of any third party, including WooCommerce store owners whose stores you connect without proper authorization
- Any unauthorized access to your WooCommerce stores resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures
- Any claim by a third party related to actions taken through your connected stores via the Service
10. Plans, Subscriptions & Advertising
The Service is offered in two plans:
- Free: unlimited stores, full dashboard, order management, product management, and push notifications. The Free plan displays advertisements (banner and app-open) served by Google AdMob.
- Pro: no advertisements, AI Rewrite for product descriptions, Voice Input for product creation, and priority support. Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed via RevenueCat. The following terms apply:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings (App Store / Google Play)
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
- If your Pro subscription lapses, AI features will be disabled and advertisements will be shown again. Your connected stores and all core features remain available.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service. You may disconnect your stores and delete your data at any time from within the app.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, graphics, and all content, is the exclusive property of My Woo Stores and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
WooCommerce, WordPress, and Automattic are trademarks of their respective owners. The use of these names within the Service does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services including but not limited to WooCommerce, WordPress, Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), OneSignal, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Groq (for AI features), Apple and Google speech recognition services, and cloud hosting providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or reliability of any third-party service. Changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services may affect the functionality of the Service, and we bear no liability for any such impact.
14. AI-Generated Content
AI Rewrite and Voice Input use third-party AI models to transcribe speech and to generate or rewrite product descriptions and other product fields. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your store.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before saving it to your WooCommerce store or publishing it to customers. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, originality, lawfulness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose, and we accept no liability for losses arising from your use of such content.
You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or that violates the policies of the AI provider, the App Store, or Google Play.
15. Data Accuracy
The Service retrieves and displays data from your WooCommerce stores via the WooCommerce REST API. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
You should not rely solely on the Service for critical business decisions. Always verify important data (orders, inventory levels, financial information) directly in your WooCommerce admin panel or through your store's hosting provider.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Woo Stores regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
