WooCommerce Product Management from Your Phone
A price is wrong, something has sold out, a photo needs replacing, a new product needs to go up before the weekend. None of it is difficult — it is just that all of it normally requires a laptop. My Woo Stores gives you the full WooCommerce product form on your phone: create, edit and duplicate products with pricing, stock, categories, attributes, variations and image galleries, on every plan including Free.
Is this the full product form or a cut-down version?
It is the full form. Everything WooCommerce lets you set on a product, you can set here:
- Name, product type, price and sale price, SKU
- Published or draft status, and catalog visibility — all, catalog only, search only, or hidden
- Featured, virtual and downloadable flags
- Short description and full description
- Stock management: quantity, stock status, backorders (no, notify, or yes), low-stock threshold, sell individually
- Categories and tags, picked from what your store already has
- Attributes, either chosen from your store's existing attributes or typed as custom values
- Related products: upsell and cross-sell IDs
- Advanced settings: purchase note, menu order, allow reviews
The form is split into collapsible sections, and you can reorder those sections yourself. If you spend most of your time on stock and price, put them at the top and stop scrolling past the fields you never touch.
Can you handle variable products?
Yes. Add attributes — either picked from the attributes your store already defines, or typed as custom values — mark which ones are used for variations, and generate the variation matrix from them. Each variation carries its own price, SKU and stock.
Variation images get the treatment the desktop admin does not: when you pick an image for one variation, the app offers to apply it to other variations you select. If six colourways share the same studio photo, that is one action instead of six, and the parent gallery is left alone.
How do product images work?
Set a main image and build a gallery, from your camera roll or by taking a photo there and then. Images upload directly to your store’s WordPress media library.
One thing to know up front, because it surprises people: media uploads need a WordPress application password, which is a separate credential from the WooCommerce REST API key. The WooCommerce API can write products but not media — that is a WordPress boundary, not a choice the app made. The app asks for it the first time you save an image and explains why. More on how credentials are handled.
How do you find a product in a large catalogue?
Search by name, and filter by stock state: all, in stock, low stock, or out of stock. Sort by newest, most sold, top rated, highest price or lowest price.
The low stockfilter is the one worth knowing about. Combined with the low-stock threshold you set per product and the push notification that fires when something crosses it, it turns “find out what is about to run out” from a monthly audit into something you handle while waiting for coffee.
Each row shows stock status with the actual quantity, the sold count, and whether the product is published, draft or featured — so the list answers most questions without opening anything.
Can you duplicate a product?
Yes, and the duplicate is created as a draft, not published. That default is deliberate: duplicating is what you do when a new product is mostly like an existing one, and the half-edited copy of your best seller is the last thing you want live on your storefront while you are still changing the name.
Can AI write the description for you?
On the Pro + AI plan, yes — two ways. AI Rewrite improves a description you have written with one tap, in your selected language. Voice Input lets you describe a product out loud and fills the name, price, category, attributes and description from what you said.
You review and edit everything before it saves. Nothing is written to your store without you seeing it first. More on the AI features.
Does product management work across multiple stores?
Each connected store has its own catalogue, and switching between them is one tap. There is no store limit on any plan. More on the multi-store dashboard.
Products are not copied between stores. Each store’s catalogue is its own; the app does not sync or mirror products from one to another.
Does it work offline?
You can browse recently fetched products offline, since the list and detail views are cached. Creating or saving a product needs a connection — the app writes to your store live and tells you if it could not, rather than queueing a save that might land hours later on top of someone else’s edit.
What can't you do from the app?
Product management stops where store configuration begins. You cannot create or edit categories and attributes at the store level (you pick from the ones that exist), manage coupons, set tax classes or shipping classes, or install plugins that add product fields. Custom fields added by third-party plugins are not editable here.
The rule of thumb: if it lives on the product, you can change it from your phone. If it lives in a settings screen, it stays in wp-admin.
Does product management cost anything?
No. Full product management — create, edit, duplicate, variations, images, stock — is included in the Free plan, along with unlimited stores, the dashboard, order management and push notifications. Free is ad-supported; Pro removes the ads; Pro + AI adds the AI writing tools. See the plan comparison.
Try it on your own store
